Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

  • All products are generally shipped in about 5-6 weeks. 
  • The reason for this is because we have to hand make each and every single product. It takes a lot of work and effort in our small workshop. Please be patient as we will make sure you receive an amazing product. 
  • Please note that we only ship to within the United States. If you live in Hawaii or Alaska there is an additional $250 extra shipping charge. Please message us if that is something you need!

RETURNS

  • We only accept returns within 7 days of delivery in their original packaging, un-used, sealed. 
  • If any of the requirements aforementioned are not met, a return will not be granted. 
  • Buyer must pay for return shipping and a $125 restocking fee. 
  • No returns on personalized items or custom orders. 

Return Policy for Beddy’s® Products

To initiate a return or to report a manufacturer defect for any Beddy’s® product, please use your tracking number and zip code. If you don’t have your tracking number, please contact us at support@simplysori.com or Beddy’s at hello@beddys.com to provide you with a code to use. 

  • Beddy’s® products can be returned up to 30 days after delivery for any reason.

  • Return shipping is free on all returns for Beddy’s® products. You will be provided with a prepaid return address shipping label once your return request is approved.

  • Refunds are processed in approximately 5 business days, once your items are delivered back to Beddy’s®.

CANCELLATIONS

  • We accept cancellations only if your item has not started production.
  • Please contact us first via email to find out if it has started or finished production. support@simplysori.com

BROKEN PART/DAMAGED ITEM

  • If there is any damage upon receipt of your item, or if any part is not as described in terms of condition - contact us and we will have it replaced sent. No replacements will be sent due to the coloring of our items. All beds vary in wood color and we do our best to color match each bed! 
  • When you purchase from Simply Sori, you're like family to us. We will personally assist you to make sure you are satisfied with your item.
