Processing and Production Times

Because every Simply Sori bed and product is built with care and made to order, shipping timelines vary depending on our current production schedule. You can always find the most up-to-date estimated shipping timeframe at checkout before placing your order.

As a small family business, each product is thoughtfully crafted, and we truly appreciate your patience while we create something special for your family. We believe quality takes time, and we’re committed to making sure your order is worth the wait.

Shipping Locations

At this time, we ship within the United States and Canada only.

Orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska require an additional $375 shipping fee. If you’re located in either state, please contact us prior to ordering at support@simplysori.com and we’ll be happy to help coordinate shipping.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and destination before you complete your purchase.

Delivery, Risk of Loss, and Inspection

To the extent permitted by law, risk of loss transfers to you upon our delivery of the product to the carrier. Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout; we are not responsible for delays or misdelivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact us as described under “Damaged or Defective Items” in the Returns Policy.
